私たちYourJapanは、日本のトレーディングカードを通じて、世界中のファンと国境を越えたつながり”を生み出すことを目指しています。

これまで私たちは、グローバルマーケットプレイス上で着実に成長を遂げてきました。現在、弊社の売上は100%が北米・欧州・豪州をはじめとする越境ECによって構成されており、特にアメリカへの輸出売上高は全体の50%を超えています。

今後さらに加速していく越境EC市場の中で、YourJapanはD2C（Direct to Consumer）や自社ECサイト、そして秋葉原の実店舗といった新たなチャネルを通じて、世界のトレカファンと、よりダイレクトで意味のあるつながりを築いていきます。

私たちは、グローバル市場における競争力を保つためには、国籍や文化に縛られないチームづくりが不可欠であると考えています。現在、弊社の従業員は多様な国籍で構成されており、ダイバーシティこそが成長の原動力となると信じています。今後も国籍やLGBTQなどの属性にとらわれることなく、優秀な人材の採用を積極的に進めてまいります。

またYourJapanでは、日々の業務や業務改善においても、SlackやAIツール、データ可視化、API活用といったテクノロジー活用を重視しています。限られたリソースの中で最大限の成果を出すために、効率性と再現性の高いデジタル運用を組織文化の中に根付かせてきました。

CEO Message

At YourJapan, our mission is to connect trading card fans around the world by building meaningful cross-border connections through Japanese TCG culture.

We’ve steadily grown our business on global marketplaces, and today, 100% of our revenue comes from international e-commerce, with over 50% of it from the U.S. market.

As cross-border e-commerce continues to expand, we aim to build stronger and more direct relationships with global TCG fans through our D2C channels, proprietary e-commerce site, and our physical store in Akihabara, Tokyo.

We believe that staying competitive in the global market requires a diverse team that transcends nationalities and cultural boundaries. Our team members come from all over the world, and we see diversity as one of the core drivers of growth. We’ll continue to welcome talented people regardless of nationality, gender identity, or background.

At the same time, we place a strong emphasis on digital technologies and operational efficiency — actively using Slack, AI-powered tools, data visualization, and API integrations to streamline and scale our business.
We believe that tech-enabled workflows and replicable systems are key to maximizing impact with limited resources.
